Management Bites the book was first published in 2009 by HarperCollins NZ. Since then it’s sold tens of thousands of copies.
But the great news is that if reading isn’t your learning style, there’s also a range of different training options available based on the content, to help you develop your skills as a manager. Read on below for more about that.
Management Bites training programme
We have 6 CORE modules, which we believe all managers should know, then 4 EFFECTIVENESS modules which help hone what you deliver, and 6 LEADERSHIP modules which cover taking your team and culture to the next level.
You can purchase these modules three ways:
- ONLINE modules that your managers can complete individually. These include videos to watch, information to read and then case study analysis and quizzes to test what they have learned. They can then use these tools in their role.
- OFF THE SHELF modules that your HR or L&D team can run inhouse. These include slides that you can customise with your company branding, a facilitators guide detailing how to run the session, and handouts for participants. You can run these as face to face or virtual workshops.
- FACILITATED workshops with one of the Elephant team. These can be run virtually or face to face and you can build a one day, two day or three day programme from any of the modules (which are all half days).
