Isn’t being a manager easy??
Because we’re people we think that managing people is easy. But it’s not. We often get more training in using a new IT system - yet people are infinately more complicated than technology! For example you can’t just press the off button and restart a person and find all their issues are fixed.
Management Foundations or Me as a Manager - is for those:
- Who are wanting to move into a Team Leader, Supervisor or Line Manager role and want to understand the foundations
- Who are in their first management role (or may have been a manager for a long while!) but have never had the chance to learn who they are as a manager, their style and their strengths.
