This workshop is for aspiring leaders or existing managers who are workin in a diverse team and want to build an inclusive culture.
You will cover:
- Knowing what diversity and inclusion is actually all about and what the research says about diverse team performance
- Understanding unconscious bias and how you can check it’s not catching you out
- The factors that make up cultural differences - and how you can help your team understand these and work effectively together
- Understanding what generational differences are really about and how to break down generation issues
- Tools and techniques that you can use to build an inclusive culture in your team or organisation
